Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one email box to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
