Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just select the email account you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
